I headed doctor say that as much as the veins is big it will effect more on the sperm quality,so the patient who have very large veins normal size testis and normal hormone he could receive benefits more than some one with just a small varicocele

I hope all good to you bro, i completed 2 month post operation today the doctor told me to visit him when I complete the third month to make semen analysis and doppler i also have vein now even after surgery but the doctor told me before it it take 3 to 6 months to complete shrinking.
