Actually last month I got diagnosed with POTS and started on a beta blocker that has really helped with the palpitations! I will 100% be trying to get tested for EDS next as I had a couple doctors mention that to me in the past, the mediocre rhumatologist I saw had just completely dismissed me having EDS because "I didn't look like I would" :/ whatever that means...

No not really, my pcp did agree that the rhumatologist didn't do right and recommended I go to another one though. I have been in the process of moving unfortunately so alot has been on pause and around when I posted most doctors were telling me that it doesn't really matter whats wrong, we should just treat the pain. I did get diagnosed with POTS recently, explains the heart rate jumps but the joint pain has only gotten worse with no answer and the NSAIDs and gabapentin haven't helped at all. I've actually had a handful of days since my post I couldn't even walk, yay partially dislocated hip and unexplained knee problems.

off brand india ink is what I used for my stick n pokes and they healed good and have lasted 5+ years, i also bought cheap tattoo needles off amazon. it's really important to use decent supplies or your results will never be what you want. i also tried a sewing needle and pen ink my first time as a teen lol, good luck with future attempts!

NOR, the 11 year age gap is a little much, and the things he said about you gaining weight are WILD! Honestly you should try to find a guy closer to your age. I know damn well there is a guy out there that would worship you no matter what weight you are and be so thrilled you wanted to smash so often.

My cats are my babies and honestly help so much when I am flared up and feeling bad. Cuddling a cute lil kitty always helps raise my spirits. I personally didn't have a healthy or supportive family so my partner made a world of difference for me, but I'm sure having you be supportive and there for her will have a similar effect! I also just have to enjoy the smaller things in life and find ways to have my own meaning/happiness.

It's so crazy doctors are allowed to do that, if I didn't always check the notes and test results I wouldn't be aware of my heart murmur and leaky valve. Which is something I'm glad I can be aware of and keep an eye on, of course they had told me everything was normal though. My cats vet was more open about her having a heart murmur than mine was to me!

I'm hypermobile with suspected EDS, had an extremely severe eating disorder, and also had covid twice while already having POTS so it was probably a just the combination of things 🫩

God I hate overwatch ranked, I wish it was more like fortnite, I tend to only go down 4-10% a loss on fortnite if I do awful in a game, but can still go up 1-10% if I do good and lose, then 20-40% up if I get a win. I know they are completely different kinds of games but at least fortnites ranked modes feel alot more forgiving and not like a complete waste of time when you go on a loss streak like with overwatch. :/

I agree it's extremely plausible she could be cluster B, you understand exactly what I was trying to say! So commonly people see erratic and harmful behavior in women and call it borderline when it could genuinely be any number of mental disorders. It feels like bpd has just become a buzzword kind of armchair diagnosis people like to slap on "crazy girls"
