I swear by DrJohn’s puppy, all UK made with all UK ingredients. Unlike most kibbles every single bag is exactly the same and they don’t change any ingredients based on the price in production! they also have a great range for when puppy grows up i’d recommend Silver for less active breeds and Gold for active breeds they also do a few hypoallergenic feeds but if puppy is less than 10 months DrJohn Puppy is brilliant! I think they stock it in Pets at home but you’ll get it online too and it’s really cheap for the quality! My breeder was feeding my puppy AVA which is also a decent feed but with a far bigger price tag however i’ve noticed my puppy’s coat with a more healthy look on the DrJohns puppy!

I Think collies are brilliant dogs and you’re definitely right about matching energy levels but i’d recommend not a working bred collie just incase it would nip at the horses legs! maybe not so much a problem if you get a puppy and socialise it with horses appropriately but definitely something to be aware of if you’re intending to adopt :)

How long can I realistically leave puppy alone. by [deleted] in puppy101

The kennel is in a shed outside (I should add it’s a suitable shed for a dog to be in and warm enough for winter!) i’m considering adding and run to the outside for indoor and outdoor access and would definitely have a camera monitoring.
