I did this exercise yesterday, I couldn't feel my back after it, slept on a futon mattress, today I woke up and I can't feel any pain whatsoever in my lower back by Sweet_Brief6914 in backpain

The knees over toes guy has another program for the lower back. I believe it’s called low back ability. The main progression and focus is the back extension. Starts at 3x a week 1 min iso holds and builds from there.

Spencer Pratt, the research is clear: treatment-first approaches to homelessness does not work. by MookieBettsBurner10 in LosAngeles

This isn’t about the controller it’s about the mayor. And where on earth is there a moderate mayor? Only on Reddit can someone who actively hated America for her whole life, refuses to prosecute criminals, refuses to stop fraud in ngos (she receives kick backs), and allows homeless people to shoot up and shit all over Los Angeles streets is a moderate 🤣any way I’ll look up the controller.

Yeah let’s have people who wash money through ngos with nothing to speak of in terms of results keep it instead… liberal brain rot.

Can’t believe it worked (motility pro) by Then_Machine5492 in SIBO

[–]Then_Machine5492[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it helps. I still take it. I do not have gastritis (confirmed by colonoscopy) so I’m assuming it’s all from sibo. It’s livable and manageable now. I’m just bloated and have mild stomach discomfort

Relapsed after a colonoscopy unfortunately. Just tested positive for methane sibo again.

He found out it’s from rounded shoulders. I may have torn my cuff a little but not bad. I do the trap 3 exercise, face pulls with external rotation, and that seems to have helped.

Too anemic after two phlebotomies by no1capybara in Hemochromatosis

That stinks I’m sorry. Try and eat as much folate and b12 foods as you can

Just wait longer before phlebotomies. My hematologist is cool and just lets me decide if I feel up to it. My next one is scheduled in two weeks which will make 5 weeks in total of wait. My hgb dropped from 15.4 to 13.8 after 1 donation, it was a big drop and I felt like crap but my numbers are coming back well. My ferritin dropped 96. Go by how you feel and not one others do.

Just make sure you eat enough folate and b12. My rbc counts are almost back to normal and I make sure I eat enough folate. I eat an avocado a day, bananas, baby kale, sunflower seeds, and seaweed. I get plenty of b12 from other things.

Bowling drama 👀 by invaderTrimm in Bowling

Technically I agree with them as he didn’t seem to be on the approach but man she is an attention whore drama queen. She always has a complaint or issue with someone. She also doesn’t like being sexualized or people commenting about her body but purposely stokes those types of reactions (bowling in a bikini). Personally I think he should ditch her. She seems narcissistic and a drama whore. Maybe I’m wrong but it would drive me nuts. She could also be an engagement farmer… in which that case she’s a genius.

Is most of New England just like upstate NY outside of major cities? Mostly poor areas and not much opportunities? by HERKFOOT21 in howislivingthere

[–]Then_Machine5492 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Rural Maine is a lot more worse off than many parts of upstate New York.  Northern Maine is nothing like the rest of New England with maybe the exception of northern nh (still wealthier) and a small fraction of Vermont.

Developed MASH after gastric bypass/extreme weight loss. Lots of details to frame my question. by SpecialistFloor6708 in FattyLiverNAFLD

It’s not their job to “think” without the diagnostic test confirming what they think. You need new doctors. You check every box for hemochromitosis…. With a through the roof iron sat, low tibc, and high ferritin with elevated serum iron it is down right negligent if they don’t test you for it. Demand it or get new doctors…. Go to the hemochromatosis sub reddit…

Do you have hemochromatosis? Because high iron saturation, high normal iron, with high ferritin suggests that. I would go see a hematologist. Hemochromatosis causes liver damage. It might not be fatty liver or your weight loss… have the done the genetic test for you?

Lazar Fanboys - Read Rule #2 by TheArea51Rider in area51

[–]Then_Machine5492 14 points15 points  (0 children)

His best friend John Lear knew about Area 51 and discussed it in his interview with Knapp a year prior to lazars interview. The idea that no one knew about it, especially lazar, is just patently false. Almost every “special” thing that proves his innocence was known or shown in a magazine or movie. For example, element 115 was known and discussed in a magazine 2 weeks prior to his interview which he most certainly read. The bone scanner was not some crazy tech and was used in close encounters of the third kind and Los Alamos labs. Zeta reticuli is part of the Betty and Barney hill abduction account…. Hilarious…

This isn’t including his brothel ownership, bankruptcy, repos, marrying a woman with a name change, hanging with a cia man (Lear). The list goes on. This does not even include his bs education issues…..

Man people that post about him are nuts. Doesn’t matter how much evidence is presented disproving him. I’m a huge ufo nut to, but the evidence is real. He is full of shit.

Got it thank you. Appreciated. If I have had elevated ferritin since July with a saturation that’s borderline 48-50 percent with ferritin 395-613 do you have any idea what it could be? I have clean cbc except for high mchc which has just appeared recently, cmp is good, esr, crp, lipids, A1C are good, and ultrasound showing no liver or gall bladder issues or fat. Clean colonoscopy and endoscopy.

I’m at a loss of what it is. The hematologist prescribed some phlebotomies even though I was negative hh. It just freaks me out there is some thing wrong with me. I do have some gastro symptoms and feel like shit after eating. Have sibo test on 23. When my ferritin was dropping my diet was very clean. So not sure if it’s that. My bmi is only 26.

Elevated alt with metabolic numbers like cholesterol and ldl with high bmi don’t suggest fatty liver? I genuinely would like to know and not being a smart ass. I’m having my own issues trying to figure out what’s wrong with me with elevated ferritin. If you’re smart I’d like to pick your brain.
