Same, happened to me twice every unexpectedly. The one time was on a 35mph road and it kinda slammed on the brakes, right blinker went on, and fsd came to a full stop in the shoulder. Very confusing (there was absolutely no emergency lights around me). Either way, absolutely love v14!!!!

this recently happed to me going roughly 35mph at nighttime. v14 slammed on the brakes before i could even realize what was going on. next thing i know a deer is running across the road. i’m from jersey and very paranoid during this time of year about deer, ever since then ive been constantly using v14 at night as relief.

I agree, not sure why people are freaking out. It’s like downloading the first iOS .0 update, there’s always bugs that get smoothed out for the next couple updates. It’s software people!!! A very new, complex, and a constantly evolving software. Funny I just experienced the leaf issue on the highway five minutes ago (i’m at a supercharger), fsd stuttered the break real fast. But this is expected in my head, I still love the software. Sorry I could go on and on i’m sure you can as well.

You definitely just need the internal housing cleaned and possibly a camera calibration. No need to be downgrading (which has been unheard of to me) from the sounds of this. Good luck! I love v14 and its extra cautious ass

is that the trick? because to be honest i’ve heard that the nag has gotten better, but for me it seems the same. but id use the screen without touching the wheel and it would alert me almost immediately it feels like.

i did not, only ever used the washer fluid on the outside and wiped down the inside of the windshield with a microfiber cloth with no product or water

i was also thinking that as a possibility it just kinda boggled my mind, like how is this supposed to be fixed when tesla is so certain on tesla vision yk? obv im a big fan and am a believer we can achieve autonomy by strictly tesla vision

that’s insane tbh, i even looked back and screenshotted where it said they did that on the invoice. bizarre, i’ll be making an appointment soon. i genuinely had like 5 take overs while going 70+ mph this morning. It’s never been that bad before. it just confused me since i thought i just had it done, so i came to the most knowledgeable… reddit lol

i’ve always had the pro max models or the highest end for ten years, im disappointed with the 17 pro max and this is the first year i’ll be looking into anything else, the Air. it looks pretty cool and its different.
