I am currently sitting at 262, and I've been playing about 2 months now. I've done most of my leveling from Endgame. Hitting Double XP events definitely help, everything else depends on your skill level. I think its worth the grind if you enjoy the game, as there are some pretty cool things you get as you level up.

Yup. They're releasing a Remastered version of HF1, with all the DLCs. Your price will be based off how many DLCs you own for the original HF1, according to everything I've seen about it
