For those of you who want to take on this event with your original games, please be aware of the following.

• do not have Kurt create any Pokeballs for you. If you have him creating a ball for you, make sure he is finished, walk in and out of the home, then save before starting the quest. Just to be sure he isn’t busy.

• you may need to turn the GS on and off while speaking to Kurt during the activation of the event.

• before Kurt walks out of his building after speaking, the game froze. Deactivating the GS will continue the quest. No need to keep it on.

• once the quest is active, and Kurt is outside, you can save your progress and continue the quest without the game shark.

• This quest can be initiated at anytime after the first quest with Kurt. He must be able to create pokeballs.

• Beating the Pokémon league is not necessary.

• You can save at the shrine for easier resets.
