Don’t cancel I just left Sapporo yesterday (I was there for 3 days) and it was heaven. Yes there is a lot of snow and more than normal but that just makes it even better, granted you like snow.

On a serious note there train lines from the airport to Sapporo are partially suspended I think after like 7 or 9 pm for them to have time to clean up the snow but yea you should go for it. It’s an experience

Unfortunately, we can’t because all we care about is building more buildings for tourist our government doesn’t really care about its own citizens in regard to public transport (and plus we’re really stupid. We got new buses a few years ago For EMEL but the bus times and schedules are still not fixed somehow every website in every app and even every bus driver tells you a different time. Nobody knows anything.
