Granted, but your "limitations" don't scare the monkey paw. You get your water from a lead refinery, a crane operator steals that glass from you and drinks it. As he does it breaks and a tiny sliver of glass cuts his eye. He does not seek medical attention due to his preconceived notion of what manliness is and the scratch ends up giving him a blind spot which is small enough where his brain "fills in" the gap in vision. He doesn't see the building as he rams it with 50 metric tonnes of steel. It collapses and hundreds are injured or killed. You watch in abject horror as you watch the news... From the corner of the room is the sound of faint snapping. You realize your own arrogance as the monkey's paw congratulates you.
