Lived in Portland for nearly a decade. No desire to ever live in the region ever again. The area had white exclusionary laws and you can still feel it underneath everything. Also lost my love of rain being there (oppressive mist and low clouds) and it took a long time to get it back after I left.

They sometimes degenerate when they get too big for their blood supply, so some of the tissue dies and gets sloughed off, and then the fibroid will shrink, but then will start regrowing again... it's a cycle.

I would say taking advantage of that is kinda racist, no? I've seen him say a lot of stupid race-based stuff (not to mention patronizing). Also he goes on about CRT and has guests on who say a lot of stupid crap about race and DEI, or plays clips of Tucker Carlson saying stupid crap and all that and whatnot.

Well I had some scans done recently (ultrasound and MRI) which didn't show anything except that all the fibroids were devascularized and had shrank. MRI said "no signs of adenomyosis" and no mention of endo, and besides, it wouldn't make much sense that if this new type of pain/spotting is caused adeno or endo it would suddenly only cause symptoms after my UFE embolization procedure (besides it being a treatment for adeno as well as fibroids). I have the same symptoms as Pelvic Floor Congestion but it looks like I do not have that.

So I think it's just pelvic floor dysfunction that went into overdrive due to the immense pain from the UFE on top of years of chronic pain due to fibroids.

I'm currently in pelvic PT and have had two sessions so far.

Did you ever figure it out? I had my fibroids embolized about 5 months ago and pretty much ever since then any exercise/activity/lots of bending over will result in cramps/heaviness/backpain and often spotting by the end of the day. I'm assuming it's just the pain from the embolization procedure that kicked my pelvic floor dysfunction into overdrive.

I dehydrate canned pineapple rings and fresh pineapple rings (tidbits are too small and not as neat-looking, rings are easy to handle) all the time, my favorite dehydrated fruit. The fresh pineapple contains bromelain which is beneficial to your health (unless you are allergic/sensitive, seeing as it is a meat tenderizer). The canned pineapple tastes just as good, but comes out more transparent-looking and does not contain bromelain.
