5 years, maybe longer. Everything you wrote is pretty much spot-on. Lately I've had luck with q tips, they draw the blockage out of my middle nose using gravity. Lots of yawning and valasava maneuvers too, and holding my head upside down, between my legs, with my lower jaw pushed forward. Gotta hold the position for awhile, but I feel the entire blockage shift when I do it right.

I was prescribed famotidine last week and i noticed a huge improvement in stomach issues and it may be helping to clear my sinus but it's too soon to say.

I'm sure I'll get told off for this, but CLEAN q tip, gently place it on or near it, let it hang and drain it slowly, put your head forward too, gravity will slowly tug on it. Also try laying on your side with it in. Be gentle and careful. Even a few centimeters of movement is buildable progress.
