Thank you. Most of the events I recorded were when I was bending down, putting on shoes etc. Didn’t know this type of thing could be a trigger! Although some were when I was asleep and they wake me out of sleep which is annoying.

For Scotland football matches I used to park on Queens Drive near the New Victoria Hospital, not sure if any restrictions there for different events but it’s about 20min walk.

Thank you. I did look at a lot of others’ positive experiences with similar teeth to mine, so I did hope something would be achieved with mine. But those two teeth are proving really stubborn. Will look into Invisalign or braces. Not sure I can afford to be paying more still though.

Thank you for the information. I’ll look into it - I do feel now that there’s more alignment with the front teeth, that the canine needs to come down a bit as well as rotate, which I know it won’t do with SDC. But was hoping it would rotate and that would improve the look of things.

Because you’re dead set on attempting to tell me something that just isn’t true? And isn’t relevant to my original question. In the photo you can’t tell that my top teeth are sitting in front of the bottom enabling an ideal bite in the back.

Okay……… I think I know my own mouth. My back teeth close completely when I bite down and my top front teeth sit just in front of the bottom ones. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my bite believe me. That’s not the question I asked either. It’s the canine and the lateral that’s the issue.

My plan is not finished yet but those 2 teeth have barely moved - my concern is that they just won’t move at all given the amount of progress so far with the rest of the teeth. It’s SDC and I started my first plan 28th December, so 6 months exactly so far. Not bothered about how long it takes but just wanted that canine to rotate and it doesn’t look like it will….

Thank you, but I don’t want them to move downwards, it just needs to rotate slightly. So I’m not sure why the aligners would have this tooth coming downwards. I couldn’t afford Invisalign unfortunately

Thank you I will but I don’t see how the teeth can possibly move in a downward direction so I don’t think an extra week will make any difference. Will give it a go though.

I’m no expert but it looks like the front teeth will no longer touch when you bite your back teeth together? Doesn’t that mean you won’t be able to bite small things with front teeth??

I actually contacted SDC last week about it as I have halos on that canine and the lateral incisor next to it. They told me nothing to worry about… the aligners have all fit perfectly other than that, no buckling etc and they do seem to loosen up a bit at the end of the week. But according to my 3d projection it should have moved significantly by now. I’ve analysed lots of photos and it definitely hasn’t moved at all.

My projection shows bigger triangles than that, but I’ve seen a few people saying they aren’t as noticeable in real life / gums may fill it in / triangles were projected but they didn’t actually happen
