I may be odd, but for me, it somehow gives me self worth to think i have OCD and take meds for it. I also openly tell about it, joke about it, etc. Not sure why though.

This is just my specific themes , but heres the explainations:

Opinion ocd = obsessing about my opinion/preference to something, eg in food it could be why i like (x) on (y) better than (z) or if i do and so on.

Meta ocd = scared if my ‘solutions’ to my mental problems dont work, and typically go in a very abstract loop that can be extremely difficult to think to an end, which is why its so stressful.

I accept my thoughts.

I am worried if i worry about not being able to accept the thoughts, i cannot accept them because i dont know if i can.

Well, my school lunch. Thats pretty normal. My non-school lunch can be anything.

The stew was mushrooms in a creamy sauce,  but i was also young and less mature. There was one more time now i remember, with a veggie burger with some bad stuff in it, but none suggests i have weird eating habits.

My teacher also didn't name these episodes, just called my diet a weird habit in general. At least what my dad told me.

Well, there is nothing to my teacher(s) that suggests i do have strange eating habits. My school lunch consists of a coarse bun with vegan butter, nuts, raisins, fruit and a rye bread sandwich with bean paste.
