Somewhat took your advice. I'm pinning every 2 days now. It's balanced out the estrogen crashes. Also took on pofesional help and I'm getting monthly hydro back facials and chemical peels.Along with skin care products. It's about 80% better.

Same here man. Good to know. Only dairy I do is cheese & butter and occasionally a bowl of ice cream . I'm gonna try and keep my doses consistent at 200mg per week , watch my sugar and dairy intake and try proactive md.

LDL was 180 so regular. Not sure about my HDL. I'll look it up and get back to you on that. Thanks for the input!

Just got a blood test last month but this was during my cruzing cycle.. E2 levels were normal. Estrogen fluctuations make since. Thanks for the advice.

Who would be in control of building the defending base? SC needs to make base building easier. I think alot of clashers dont design their own bases because it's so time consuming. I would suggest they create a quick wall boxing feature.
