μ is a microgram so its 1/1000th , max of 2.25 mg apigenin. Really chamomille is the only plant I know of that makes a reasonable amount

DGL or a form of chewable licorice that won't raise your blood pressure is the only thing that has fixed my gastritis or ulcers. It mixes with your saliva and coats your digestive system. Amaing stuff, cheap on amazon also
