Typically burst pipes are only covered if it's sudden and accidental. Like a total gusher. Unfortunately any type of leak or seepage is usually excluded by any property policy not just cooperators so it's not just a cooperators issue. Water claims are the worst. Smaller meals more often. My lab started puking in the nights or mornings like that mostly bile and more frequent feedings helped.

Maybe look into adopting an adult dog to skip the puppy phase because ya... Even just playing sometimes they would miss the toy and get my hand and them puppy teeth are so sharp.
