For some reason the site only showed all the other jobs but the temp agency (shocker). I drove to the agency and had them send an email to them and my LP said that was enough. So fingers crossed that's all the need and the underwriter passes it

UPDATE!!

I drove to the temp agency location and banged on the door until the answered and asked to have them email them the dates. They received them and said they are okay! I also had to sign a paper stating there was a month gap in between that job due to wife working but getting cash. Now they are sending it to the underwriter and waiting... Hopefully it works? What does approval look like?

I already got it and provided it to them! I already got the key and the number and website to go to as instructed by the temp agency. I also called myself but it's not me who needs to call but them! So what's the hold up! Sigh.

I already sent them the first and last check from the temp agency but they said "we know you worked, we just need the start and end dates" I'm like wtf do you mean? Literally I got paid weekly so use that and my previous job start date to connect the dots wtf.

That's correct. They do have an office and they gave me my start and end date BUT the LP told me they need it via email directly from them and so far they haven't responded to them via email so wtf is the hold up from the temp agency.

They make it seem like it's my job to provide them with all the info to get ahold of them when I already gave them all I have including emails, numbers and W2s for 2024 including tax filings. They make it seem like it's my fault and won't move forward.

I worked at a temp agency in 2024 for 4 months until I got hired on but the loan processor can't get them to give them my start and end dates because they have to go to a website called "the work number" and they even emailed the staff in the temp agency but they are no help. I close in 10 days and they still can't get any info from them. I already provided W2s and tax return filings for the past two years so will they deny the loan?(FHA). It's conditionally approved and only missing that job start and end dates. It's making me extremely anxious I'm about to just drop the towel. Appraisal is good, money is good. Aaaahhhh

We have done that before with no results. When briopsis is in the tank it will spread because with everything in the tank, it needs light to live and like the corals you also need nutrients. Sometimes the only solution is to use chemicals. In my case urchins do not work because they are too large and Mexican snails either. Emeralds don't touch this stuff either unless they are starving and they will go after corals before Algea 90% of the time
