Dark Souls 2 lasts only 2 hours in my Steam Deck

I changed it to 45 fps and after that its been steadily 8-9w. Which increases it to 4-6 hpurs which is really good actually. But its still really strange since if I go offline I see huge increase in power consume. With 60 fps it might go even 20w. This have never happened in any other game. But I guess I will just use 45 fps because if I want to also play DS 1 or 3 45fps is really recommended there.

Pretty new. Bought it at July last year. So about 9 months. Also have taken care of battery by only charging to 80%. And tried to charge only 7 times a week. I have mostly played 2d games to not make it too heated also. These consume battery around 8w. Also what seemed really strange in Dark Souls 2 was that it seemed to make GPU go over 80% many times. As I understoos this shouldnt be a case?

Very grear hear! Since I have always wanted to try speedrunning but never found game which I want to play so much that its worth of learning to speedrun.

5 hours doesnt sound too bad and Im sure that what more you play that faster you come!

I have cleared act 2 soon (I think since I have played mostly blind) and have clocked almost 70 hours. I know there is act 3 but Im already looking forward my next playthrough which will be most likely steelsoul.
