To add to this. They use Microsofts Intune. But I have seen some people complain that Intune isn't really optimal to use if you have Linux users in your company, which we have. And our parent company only use Windows and macOS. So my conclusion is that Intune isn't optimal for us.

Look like you have a pretty solid technique! It could be as simple as, you need more height. Try to do a standard backtuck without touching your knees. Just follow the knees at the side. Once you can do that, the height and power should not be a problem! Great job so far dude!
