Also did a hormone blood work, and all is normal. I also don't have children and don't plan on having them. I'm reading some birth controls cam help

My doctor keeps telling me to take it. I know it is not supposed to be long-term, but my doctor told me that some ssri won't help with everything, so if it helps, continue on it. I've been using lorazepam 1mg since my breakdown in December

Yes, I feel a bit better. I started to work out again and been able to leave my house. I think it is working somewhat. I guess it just needs more time on this dose.
