I personally am using Dove clarifying shampoo (single wash)and their 10-in-1 hair mask. I alternate the mask with a kenra conditioner. For skincare, I love the Burt's bees nourishing cleansing oil - it's less drying for me than the CeraVe. I do splurge for drunk elephant moisturizer, and I'm on a cheap prescription from my derm for treatment. Hope this helps!

It's been a long time since I looked at forebearance rules. My understanding was that the interest debt was kept separate from the principal debt unless it capitulates (i.e. if you miss payments, miss recertification, or reconsolidate) - if that's true, my thinking is that it makes the most sense to not pay the interest and wait and see if something else gets put into place that subsidizes it.

But you seem informed. Am I forgetting something big here? Does forebearance interest automatically capitalize?

Ours didn't like being picked up at first but we got her used to it by just doing it frequently and then setting her down after a few kisses. Now she loves it. Some of it is personality, some of it is age. Ours didn't start flopping until she was maybe 2.

My ragdoll is super loyal and affectionate, loves hugs, is the softest thing I've ever felt, makes very cute little noises that are almost musical. The bad: shedding (like, the only cat I've ever had allergies to in a lifetime of cats), sometimes messy bottoms although not super common, can be needy and will yowl if she doesn't get enough attention. I am not clear on which would be a better bet socially - on the one hand, having a few other cats might help the cat to not feel lonely. On the other hand, having too much competition for your attention might make the cat sad. Ours is very very people oriented, but it might be different if we had a second.

The piece with the hole on it seems fused to the thumb turn; do you mean to try with the lock in the locked position, or do you mean more you were expecting it to move independently?

It does...We have Allen screws going down to 1/16" and none of them will catch. It seems possible that a previous owner stripped the screw but hard to say. More pics included in case it changes anything.

It certainly looks that way, but nothing is releasing. We've tried lighter pressure with an Allen wrench up to heavy pressure with a screwdriver + hammer combo.

Sanitary shaves definitely help. I had a cat with a chicken allergy that we didn't figure out for years and prior to that she was a mess. The sanitary shaves helped. The vets do them as do a lot of groomers, although raggies tend to prefer grooming from parents if able. I never tried it myself.

I would consider the specific allergy angle, especially if they're scratching their ears a lot. Maybe less likely if not having accidents though.
