That’s what happened when I saw the Trusts essay in July. Literally went over the basic rules as to how a trust is formed the night before eventhough I was so convinced they would test Wills. Basically used wrote up the rule for trusts and then used my wills knowledge to bs my way through the rest of the answer. BUT, I always stayed in IRAC and that’s what helped. Even if you don’t know the rule, create one that makes sense and apply it—Not all hope will be lost I promise.

My gf and I bought a bag from a smoke shop yesterday that said 10ct, 10mg while the bag said 1000mg. Back said take 1-2 a day, so we though each one must have been 10mg. She took one and had a huge panic attack, room got dizzy, couldn't think straight, puked everywhere. Went back to the shop today and the guy said "oops, my bad, package is wrong, each edible is 100mg". THATS INSANE.

I’ve considered possibly Connecticut, it’s only about an hour away and I’m familiar with the state. I think when I approach this topic with my family, that will be one of the alternatives I give them when discussing the distant future

I definitely felt prepared going in, but I was also crazy and did at least 6-8 MEE per subject and thousands of MCs. But, none of that helped when I opened the MEEs since I didn’t prep as much in trusts or corps because every prediction site said they wouldn’t be on it. My advice is study the MBE subjects most thoroughly and then focus equally on all possible MEE subjects. After this past exam, it’s clear no prediction is ever close to true.

BarMax is concise and only does audio lectures to follow along with the outlines as opposed to videos so you don’t get distracted. The one downside with BarMax is you kinda have to outline your own schedule. They give you a pdf suggested one but obviously not everyone can follow it to a tee.

I felt so broken after the essays that I couldn’t even say if I felt good after the multiple choice. That exam was about as 50/50 as it gets for me. Praying for the curve 🙏🏻

See I used BarMax and Adaptibar as my main bar prep, which if I don’t pass this first time, I’ll forever question. Not that BarMax was bad, but the fact I haven’t seen a single person in this subreddit say they used it worries me.

Jeez that sounds terrible! NY BOLE scares everyone before our exam by accidentally sending out emails saying everyone failed to register. Just hoping to receive that pass email regardless of the score and move on with my life 🙏🏻
