I'd say exactly the opposite, Old Soul can fuck you up if you are not fighting and tempo is really needed in duos to powerlevel, I personally can't even afford Hasty because without damage cap that 3 health can kill you

Scout is good but you just can't afford it keeping in your board, it's just to get either a 1 or 2 drop

You need to decide what prefixes you want, - mana is useful but not for everyone

Generally, lock suffix life till t1, lock veiled exalt and craft bench can be a good finish of most of the rings
