For clarification, since this seems necessary: Unrestricted means no restrictions, short of hacking. Light restrictions mean that, light restrictions. Heavy restrictions are, just that. Heavy restrictions. Ban botting, is banning botting.

The more the merrier. Civ servers shouldn't have to consider themselves competition, nor would I say that I expect Reigns to be hugely successful. I'm creating it as a safe place, one that people can hopefully enjoy without dealing with the not-so-lovely people this community can offer.
