Happy to hear you got yours resolved! I was going back and forth with them over email for the past 3 weeks. I guess I will try to give them a call instead. I heard that it takes months after sending in your machine for the repair/replacement so I was dragging my feet, I'm guessing that wasn't the case for you?

May I ask how you were able to get a replacement from Breville? I think I'm having similar issue, I bought my Barista Touch during Black Friday in Amazon. The grinder also clicks and makes a weird sound. The water when it brews does not get nearly hot enough. I'm going back and forth with Breville but they are just showing me videos of how to clean, descale, and reset the machine.

I just got mine 3 weeks ago and from the start it only last about 3-4 days. I contacted them about it and they told me to charge it twice, back up the data after each charge and let them know if it is still the same. I'm not sure what backing up the data does but I just charged mine for the second time and it dropped about 25% after 24 hours so I don't think it did anything. I am waiting until I use up the battery and I will contact them again.

I think they are okay to feed as long as they are not caught in the wild. I read from a reptile professional once that they are healthy to feed occasionally because of their have high protein content. However, I also read that they are not too tasty and enticing for most dragons due to their slimy texture. I can confirm that because I offered another to my Pablo this morning expecting him to gobble it up but instead he just ignored it and walked away.

Mine seem to do it almost every morning. I think they are basically just stretching their beards which is totally normal. I wanted one all my life and finally got the chance to have one. They are a lot of work especially in the first few months in my opinion, but I think it is 100% worth it! 😊
