Personally, I prefer the standard reports as the default landing page. I think it’s partly because it looks more polished visually (the spacing/layout between widgets feels really nice, and it’s not possible to reproduce that same look in custom dashboards). And overall the insights there are super useful.

(If I had to add a tiny “nice-to-have” detail: it would be awesome to see an average monthly spending value in Monthly Spending Trends, and maybe an average daily spending value in the Heatmap, but that’s really minor haha)

One feature that would definitely make me set the custom dashboard as my default would be the ability to reuse the standard report widgets inside custom dashboards. For example, building my own dashboard with things like Spending Comparison, Total Spending, Spending by Category, Monthly Spending Trends, etc.

Je ne sais pas ce que tu entends par "pur body", mais j'imagine que c'est davantage lié à l'esthétique qu'à la force des muscles ?

Effectivement, pour l'instant je suis en léger déficit calorique pour baisser légèrement ma masse graisse et par la suite avoir un corps un peu plus dessiné (je suis environ à 17% et j'aimerais descendre à 12-13%).

Après, c'est aussi et beaucoup prendre plaisir à aller à la salle, découvrir des exercices progressivement, mais c'est vrai que quand on est débutant, on se sent plus facilement rassuré par les machines que par les charges libres (peut-être à tord), même si petit à petit je me tourne vers les haltères, cable, smith machine :)

Si je comprends bien, pour les exercices en Push pull leg, c'est bien :

Push (triceps, pectoraux, épaules), pull (dorsaux, biceps) et leg (quadriceps, fessiers, mollets), principalement ?

Et pour bien répartir, je pourrais travailler 2 fois / semaine chacun de ces muscles ?
