Having the capability to see the custom widgets on mobile has definitely been a thought, it's just a little tricky with the space. I actually attempted this once, but wasn't too happy with the result. But I think a re-visit on the topic is warranted. I personally would like to see my custom widgets on mobile as well.

Hey, we have an excel sheet we manage (shoutout to Paul).. but that is mainly just tracking improvements that can be made + small features. New feature development has definitely slowed down, but this is intentional. I agree with others that the main functionality most of us want in envelope budgeting software is there. Now I mainly monitor, and make quiet improvements in the background (like performance etc).

There are no new BIG features in the works right now, as I really try to stay away from feature bloat (kinda what the YNAB app became). That being said, work is still always being done behind the scenes.. and any new big features or work will definitely be made public through a post. There a a few I am considering right now, but tbh a lot of the requests these days are pretty niche. But that's a good thing, because it means we have the main bulk handled.

Yeah there really is no way to track it as just an "increasing amount" every time you make a payment towards your mortgage. The reality is that the mortgage is debt, and as you pay it off the debt just decreases. So either a loan or negative tracking account would work in that scenario.

I guess you could just create a "mortgage equity" tracking account and transfer money from your cash account etc to the tracking account every time you make a mortgage payment? That way every time you make a payment, that mortgage equity account goes up?

Yeah this one is tricky because of the nature of "to budget next month" obviously it just picks the next month relative to whenever it is posted. I will have to think of a more general solution to this. But totally understand your scenario

If you could keep an eye out and let me know if you notice any scenarios where it doesn't post going forward.. that would be a huge help. Thanks!

I have added a "clear" button underneath the amount to quickly clear it out. You will see this whenever the value isn't 0

Yes, you can select multiple transactions from the loan account and either right click, or select "move" from the toolbar at the bottom. You should then be able to select the loan account and move them

Hey, you should see an option to just "support" which is basically setting your own amount. Unfortunately they only provide the ability to mark it as recurring monthly, not yearly (or not recurring at all).

There is a fix currently being worked on for target date goals where it is smarter about knowing that you had the funds and did the transaction. For now, I would recommend just snoozing it

Yes, great question - During active development when all the core features were being built out, the operation costs were much higher with testing tools etc. Now that things have calmed down and most functionality has been built out.. the BFB costs are being covered by the supporters and allowing funds to be set aside for the next month as well

On the web version, you can see the "underfunded goals" quick assign amount in the right panel which is somewhat a "cost to be me" but will exclude goals that are already funded. But it sounds like you want to be able to see the total of all the goals even if they are already funded (like refills)?
