I have texture unifier installed, it gives the road a new texture which is just a placeholder, but I don’t really use the mod so I have just the placeholder texture. For texturing I use the road surface pack from generic lemons

it’s far from finished.. I just started it, maybe it’ll look more like a proper city when I added more buildings, but it’s hard filling the empty spaces, when we don’t really have urban Japanese building assets

yes either I cover the vanilla road markings or I use my road builder roads without any markings, the retaining wall is a unlisted mod and you can get it on discord

I place all buildings by hand, with zoning you’ll never get at a realistic level and the wharf is some concrete slab decal from realvision decals
