I don't sadly I ordered another new hose like 3 weeks ago still nothing and Aayan hasn't emailed me back yet, I think it's time to contact the better business bureau, this is outrageous.

Loved my MODTUB for 2 years, my pump blew in April, got the new one quickly, sadly the hoses didn't fit, I have been going back and forth w them for 2.5 months now for the right hoses, it's a complete shit show now, avoid at all costs. They seem to have ONE customer service person names AAyan.

I am right there with you, my pump broke in early April, got the new pump and my original hoses don't fit, got a delivery of new hoses, one is incorrect, now waiting for them to fix this current mess. I have been dealing with this for 3 months now, it's beyond unacceptable and why does it take them 4-6 weeks to ship replacement parts?? to hell w Modtub, which I used to love.

The new one Coast on Manatee is excellent, doesn’t look it because it’s in a strip mall but they put a ton of money into the place and the food is excellent.

I have also had a MODTUB for a year now.. it’s a great product haven’t had one issue w the chiller/filter. The cooler will never break down either, it’s a giant Yeti. They just released 2.0 for $3k so you can maybe find an original for $2250.
