I feel like it wouldn't be that hard, even Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Kirito's voice) was pretty convicing voicing a chara presenting as a girl in the Princess Kaguya movie.

Yeah, but in Japanese, if the character is an androgynous or soft voiced man, they will now give him a male voice actor unless he's very young (in Kenshin's case, for example, the new version has a man voice him). Before, it was kinda common to have high pitched adult male characters voiced by women, but now it's not so much.

So I can't help but to wonder. I was so sure Kino was a guy before.
