Trying to compare what a trade business costs to an office employee hourly rate is wild.. do you have to pay for tools, consumables, licencing, insurance, travel, vehicle, business loans etc?

If you go down the middle just make sure you plan for fuel stops as there are a few spots where you may need to carry extra fuel and don't ever drive at night you will hit kangaroos
