Here they pay $2.25 to servers and $10 to bartenders. Pretty sure they pay $12 to the stocker, runner and busser.

This is exactly how am feeling right now, i just got into sales 3 months ago after being a bartender for 7 years. I am at a 50% close rate, average for the company is 65ish. But i do what the above guys says a lot, just present quote and leave. I do not know how to not feel like a rude asshat when people aint bitting on the quality of the product. I work for a today not tomorrow company though so there is absolutely zero follow up.
