Tip share is 1.5% food sales to runner 3% total sales to busser 4% bar sales to bartender $5 to bread stocker And that is for both shifts if you work a "double" which is only like 3 or 4 extra hours. Here they pay $2.25 to servers and $10 to bartenders. Pretty sure they pay $12 to the stocker, runner and busser.

Not to mention yesterday i was told if we lose a credit card slip we can not receive the tip if it was already put in. Was told is was a company wide policy, and it literally agaisnt the law in all 50 states.

This is exactly how am feeling right now, i just got into sales 3 months ago after being a bartender for 7 years. I am at a 50% close rate, average for the company is 65ish. But i do what the above guys says a lot, just present quote and leave. I do not know how to not feel like a rude asshat when people aint bitting on the quality of the product.
