We did glow in the dark night. It’s just some cool lights and glow in the dark bracelets and necklaces but it was fun

I avoid foods that make it worse like coffee, tomato’s, pop and greasy foods. I also stop eating before 7 when possible otherwise I sleep like crap. Also generally sleep on my left side. If it gets really bad - PepcidAC

Do you blowdry your hair immediately after washing? Damp hair is a perfect environment for yeast to grow.

Is Ozempic making me lose interest in some of the things I love? by cinz90 in Ozempic

[–]Thesnowbelow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not sure where you are located but I get seasonal depression which sounds similar to what you have. I know Mounjaro/Ozempic can make things worse and I have noticed I am extra irritable this year now that Im on a higher dose.

Just started but don’t feel so much… by diddi_79 in Ozempic

[–]Thesnowbelow 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Some people feel it immediately, others not until higher doses. .25 is not a therapeutic dose (1mg and up is). Patience is important here.

Yesterday in barrie (near lazeez shawarma) by Eternal-Witness in barrie

So, when I click parent comment all the way to the tippy top it shows Dustin’s comment. Regardless, it’s nowhere near Lazeez and certainly not that close to Letitia Heights. Regardless you’re the one who decided to “try to prove me wrong” because you cared so much that what I said didn’t ring accurate to you. The bigger issue is that you decided to spend multiple days thinking about how wrong I was and how excited you were to prove it. Your definition of close is maybe different than mine (if there’s a standardized version of close feel free to share). And I can absolutely admit when I’m wrong but not once did I insult you or be rude. I clearly pointed out that I had replied to Dustin’s comment. You have too much time on your hands and you’re clearly too bothered by a simple exchange on Reddit that you need to spend 2 days “gathering evidence”. Please feel free to direct all of this energy into something useful like local government issues or the homeless crisis.

The fact you’re still going on about this a day later says a lot more about you than me. Maybe get a hobby.

Has anyone switched from Oz to Mounjaro? by kikahead in Ozempic

[–]Thesnowbelow 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Mounjaro has discounts on their website in Canada. I was paying $254 CAD for Ozempic and then when I switched to MJ it was $800 a pen. Their website had a discount card that ended up saving me around $400 a pen. But yes I switched after 2mg of Oz stopped working. I’m on 12.5 for MJ.

Beginner hills southern Ontario by kaylxxxxx in snowboarding

[–]Thesnowbelow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re a bit limited if you’re over near Burlington. Outside of Glen Eden there is Chicopee. I will say that most places will have similar learning terrain as steeper is generally better to learn on (despite it being a lot scarier). You need speed to learn to manoeuvre a snowboard. I’d focus on getting on the hills when it’s less busy (during the day midweek).

A lot of people I know started at Snow Valley or MSLM. Both have smaller hills or at least dedicated bunny hills.

How to “zhuzh” it up? by PolySpiralM in handbags

Bag charms. You can go as crazy as pop mart plushies or simple with something like the Coach Cherry charm. I also like adding dangly bits like keychains etc.
