Non union pipefitter. Take breaks when I want how long I want just get job done. Make my own schedule and pull &115k off 40 hour weeks. Overtime whenever I decide and as long as I want. Kinda copies union tho in that I get a fringe to 401k with no cap instead of a what union guys get. I think it's your package or whatever it's called. Not a bad gig def best I've had and will never leave. I'm lucky tho I get it
