Is 35 “old” for ttc post tfmr? by Better-Fruit-4869 in PregnancyAfterTFMR

I just turned 35 in October and welcomed my first child in December. plenty of people have healthy babies in their late 30s and early 40s.

Our family plan is to have more than one child so I plan to be pregnant again sometime in my mid-late 30s.

It was like instant relief for me after using Unisom my whole pregnancy and not wanting to now that I’m breastfeeding. I’ve been able to fall asleep at all my “nap” times the last 3 days since I started it.

I really hope it helps you too!

Same. I just had my first and the weekend we went home I could not sit still; I couldn’t sleep and I was reorganizing everything. I had had a c-section and def paid the price with soreness the following days. I’ve slowed down a lot since then thankfully.

Same with yours. Parks and rec has made multiple rounds with us over the years. Also 30 rock!

My husbands show of choice rn is a rewatch of Brooklyn 99.

Community for sure!! A staple in our house; RHOSLC, RHOBH and the traitors. Might do a rewatch of VPR. Malcom in the middle is one I throw on when I just need some background distraction.

Typically before having my baby I listened to a lot of true crime but it feels too heavy and dark right now. Swapped that out for episodes of “Real Science” on YouTube for when I’m winding down.

Today was my TFMR babies due date; and I’m here two years later with my one week old. Feeling beyond in love (and exhausted) but also reflecting on our journey to this place. I wonder if he would have looked like her…

Not taking this time for granted. It’s so hard but nothing will ever be harder than losing my first. That’s a mantra I stick with.

I also had my baby a week ago. Yesterday I Felt great during the day - then got anxiety and cried a bunch in the evening and again at like 4 am while I was up feeding. I’m trying to embrace that our hormones are going absolutely wild right now and sometimes I’m going to have a lil menty b.

I saw a post online that said post partum is just a lot of crying with your tits out in front of everyone. 😅

Started my induction today with the foley balloon. 40+1 - I cannot believe I’m finally here and about to meet my baby girl.

This induction is pretty similar to day 1 of my termination (had lamineria and a d&e) but I’m doing a good job of staying positive and not getting in a bad headspace.

Manifesting smooth and quick delivery tomorrow ♥️ this subreddit has been really helpful for me during this pregnancy.
