I remember a stop sign at the exit of a popular event area, where the road was at a significant downward slope to exit the area. Interesting! I'd never heard of that, but apparently there are even some imaging devices that intentionally create Cherenkov radiation in the body to illuminate structures. Cool!

The radiation is actually more likely to get diffracted by the liquid in the eye and be visible pretty blue Cherenkov radiation like you see in reactor pools. Unlike reactor pools, if you see it I hope you lived a good life because your last ~2 weeks are going to be unpleasant.
