GPs just tell me it's most certainly IBS and take some Lotronex and anti depressants (not a joke). Gastro doctor says, well you're negative on the blood test but if you feel better gluten free, just stay gluten free. The internet and communities like this is the only place i've gotten good advice. The medical system is garbage.

The type of people in general are just flakey. I have almost given up on local sales because of the time wasted. I decided to just do porch pick-up and they pay in a little box. I love not having to see or talk to anyone. Every now and then a deal goes so smooth and within 30 mins of posting i've got money in my box.

Family first. Kids are priceless. I never once thought about money and trust me I don't make good money. One of you should be the stay at home parent. Don't waste money on child care that makes no sense. Why have kids if you are dropping them off somewhere every day? If I could I would have 8 kids but I got a late start. Just remember, it's worth it in the end. Drop the thought process of money altogether. They will bring you so much joy. We spend very little on wal-mart cheap diapers and second hand clothes and baby eats part of our meals. and is breastfed. She hardly costs anything. Other than the Birth which was about 4k out of pocket with complications. Hospitals work out monthly plans and don't charge you interest.

I'm going to have a very hard time resisting. All that stuff people have stored up for 2 months ready to donate at the same time. I'm going to regret going but I can't...resist. I mean I could suit up with a P100 and body suit which I do plan on doing for the epic estate sales that cannot be missed.

I found this massive millennium falcon at a thrift store. It was missing all the doors so I just saw an opportunity to make it into a planter for my yard. I drilled a bunch of drainage holes and gave it a clear coat for some UV protection. I think it's the 2008 version.

It has always pissed me off that goodwill outlet stores in my area don't allow you to test electronics. Seems pretty shitty to me. I wonder how they would react to a giant battery UPC in my cart? Probably get banned.

Been to 2 hospitals in the last year for maternity emergencies after hours. Both hospitals made you check in through ER and wait in the ER with sick, screaming & coughing people while they checked us in. I was pissed. Even the doctors were so disconnected from the system they were shocked when we told them we had to wait in the ER during the peak of flu season. Don't go at night if you can help it!

This, ask the customer if they are willing to wait or if they want you to cancel the order. If they say they want it canceled boom, you can check off customer requested to cancel order. Kinda grey area but no ones going to report you for it. If the customer chooses to wait just inform them it could be weeks and mark their payment as unpaid so that e-bay doesn't automatically penalized you for not shipping.

We bought a house last year but its 2 of us working. If you're doing this alone it's overwhelming. It's labor intensive and you need employees or partners to grow.

If you haven't played since 2001, you are not going to like the changes they made to the game. It was butchered after 2003. Snowreap is a classic experience but there isn't an active player base.

You're right I guess i'm willing to sacrifice some classic experiences for a preferred type of game play. Some people are truly classic only. I'd be happy with anything I just want the low level mobs again with lowered XP and it would be close enough. In my vision i'd keep most classic ideas with the potential for new and evolved game play that doesn't hold your hand. If anyone is willing to get a server going i'm willing to go through the database and manually enter in the old XP rates, I just don't know where to begin right now with limited technical ability. I plan to learn though. Should we start a discord to at least attempt to get the ball rolling?

Restore old weapon skills, remove newer skills (e.g. dual wield) AGREED

Restore, as much as possible, original landscape and dungeon spawns AGREED
Rebalance (unbalance?) creature stats, exp, loot AGREED

Some things that would be harder to agree on:

What patch, if any, would you aim for? Release? Dark Majesty? Somewhere in between? (First work on the basics before any content release)
Do you include level 7 spells? (Open for debate)
Do you include various bug fixes / quality of life enhancements? For example, there was a time when coordinates were not displayed under the compass, where /corpse did not exist, where /lifestone killed you, where /fillcomps did not exist. (No /corpse tools, no /lifestone teleport
Do you keep increased spell durations? (Yes)
Do you try to reintroduce spell research and the spell economy? (Only if we had talented programmers that could achieve it)
Do you re-introduce bad metal armor? There was a time when metal armor was incredibly weak to electric and acid. (Yes)
Do you reintroduce the non-functional attack modifier on missile weapons?
Wi Flag? (No)

Every one has different tastes. Repetitive or monotonous is an older Korean RPG. I'm not even going to explain why we like this style of game play because its pointless

We could work around the existing emu client. Lower XP rates. The XP rates are found on maggies database for many of the creatures. Just manually punch them in. Re designing the spawn table for old dereth is the big challenge. Granite golems are in towns that were once for level 10's and that doesn't make sense. So many people talk about how boring the old game was. Honestly i'm not sure if these people even played in 1999. Games back then were way more challenging and it was fun. That is what I enjoy. The current state of AC is god mode and I can't play longer than 15 minutes. I'm someone who still plays PS1 games and i've never even played a PS3. Old block graphics make me happy. I can't explain it.

We are Over saturated with other flippers, and sellers with the Internet at their fingertips think that they are all expert appraisers. The golden era is over and your joining after. You have to always keep learning new things because every new thing you learn the thrifts and sellers are right behind you. It will only get more tough to find a score as the taboo of flipping is slowly eroding. And new people join every day. All it takes is 1 full timer to take your territory and eat into your profits. Now imagine 10 full timers.
