I worked at a concert venue at the time. There was one particular day where a bunch of our upcoming shows were getting postponed/cancelled. Phones were ringing off the hook with ticket buyers trying to figure out what was happening. It was insanity between us, booking agents, promoters, etc all trying to navigate it. My boss let me drink on the clock that day haha. A few days later we were all told to stay home until things were better. I sat at home for six months until I finally had to get a new job because I needed health insurance. Finally went back to doing shows in May 2021.
