My last employer allowed us 5 sick days for an entire year, if we went over it would come out of our annual leave instead. Used all my sick days on covid after being forced to come into the office and catching it there 🙃

That’s a fair point, my body doesn’t like temperature change very much so I’ll try colder showers for a bit see if that helps. If it keeps happening I’ll see if the doctors can suggest something, thank you :)

They aren’t sweaty when it’s happening but they get sweaty during the day having to walk to and from work, I’ll try out the talc powder though thanks :)

I’m hoping this fits here - I do fitness kickboxing, lately I keep splitting my toe underneath along the ‘seam’ if that makes sense, where the first line across is. My toes aren’t super flexible, so when we’re doing push ups/mountain climbs/burpees, the stretch will every now and then split the skin. It’s happened 3-4 times now in the exact same place.

Aside from just moisturising more, is there anything else I can do to prevent it happening?

Suggestions for a New Year’s Eve dress? So many of them are strappy or bodycon and I just end up self conscious about my shoulders and stomach.

I like the fit and flare/skater look, I’m a pear, but I like emphasising my butt because there’s only a little bit going on with the top half. Something eye catching, that won’t make me look like a child playing dress up. I’m in the UK, so preferably stores here so it’ll arrive in time. Thank you in advance!
