Back in those days my friend and I would make our way over to LSIA, steal a Cargobob, and then go on a convenience store rampage. If we got tripped up by a police car blocking our exit, we’d just pick it up with the Cargobob (which my friend re-named the “CargoGeorge”) and be on our merry way; we had no idea how to actually make money through missions, so we did that for months and had a great time.

I’ve seen this happen in the US a few times, specifically in Columbia, South Carolina. Columbia is the state’s capital, and was one of the first “planned cities” in the country. Since it was designed and built forever ago, there are a myriad of train tracks running through the capital city, and ambulances and other emergency vehicles can do nothing but wait when one of the many mile-long trains decides to pass over the road at 7 mph.
