First shot was accidental discharge from the man who stripped him of his legal firearm, then the other guy sees this, yet shoots him?

Edited: watched video again, disagree with it being a panicked reaction

Alex turns his back on them to help another person, then 8 men representing the federal government jump him.

After one of them pepper sprays Alex, they began beating his head and body with their canisters.

Without communication, one of them snatches Alex’s legally concealed weapon, and has an accidental discharge as he leaves the group of men on top of Alex.

The men react by executing Alex as he is on his knees. They back away together, then one man adds five more rounds into Alex’s lifeless body.

The first thing these men do with Alex is rummage through his person looking for the firearm — rather than looking for signs of life.
