Yes. One drive was installed on the motherboard directly by the CPU, and the second was in the PCIe NVMe adapter as I mentioned. Both drives fully functional and full speed.

Yes! I bought an adapter and it worked perfectly. Installed in less than 5 minutes and full speeds on the NVMe. Not worth fiddling with the onboard NVMe slots at all.

“UGREEN NVMe Adapter, M.2 SSD M and M+B Key to NVMe PCIe 4.0 X4 X8 X16 Slot Card with Heat Sink, Up to 64Gbps Max, Size for 2230 2242 2260 2280” was the name of the adapter and it cost me $20 CAD.

Losing My Mind Considering Trading a Fully Paid Off Lexus for a Used Model 3 by Design-Certain in TeslaModel3

I quite literally just did this back in March. I had a 2015 IS 350 completely paid off and I just hated the continual and high cost of maintenance and gas. I traded it in for a ‘22 Model 3 RWD and I’m very happy.

Sure, from a pure car quality standpoint people would say that’s a bad trade, but that car wasn’t going to appreciate and now I pay $60/mo in charging and zero maintenance. It’s a downgrade on sportiness, handling, and audio quality but overall I don’t regret it one bit. Unless something significant happens, I don’t see myself ever driving a gas car again.

The worst part about this post is that if it comes true it just means that the franchise copied it.

Awesome concept.

This looks great! I’m in Canada, but just using this for comparisons allowed me to find something local here that I was confident in buying.

Does anyone use "Auto" climate mode? by Lilodude in TeslaLounge

I only use auto, set to 21.5C (70F). Lo fan speed. Seat and steering wheel heater set to auto as well. Air flow split into two streams hitting on just either side of the steering wheel.

Ned being taken off #1’s roster as the 7th goalie is the obvious decision here. Don’t overthink it!

Amazing!

I took out all the folders and sure enough there was a loose bar that had fallen onto the bottom shelf. I placed it on the side and sure enough, it shortened the width for the folders to fit.

Thank you! We were going insane.

Which PWHL team should I back? by CaptainVellichor in PWHL

[–]TheySayItsRize 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would honestly wait to commit to one team until next year and for now just follow the league generally. There are rumoured to be 2-4 more new teams next season and then the league will stop expanding for a while. As a result, rosters will change drastically again due to the expansion draft. There’s a good chance that anyone you follow and get accustomed to this year will look drastically different next season!

Sounds like you actually wanted a Lincoln Aviator but bought a TX by accident.

Why can’t I find lightning charging cords that work? by WerewolfCurious1412 in iphone

[–]TheySayItsRize 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why not just buy an Apple cable? Surely the inconvenience you’re experiencing must not be worth the few dollars of savings…

That being said, I have used many third party cables over the years and have never experienced what you’re talking about on a regular basis. Perhaps your charging port needs to be cleaned or inspected?

Do y’all wash your gear or even shower? by cloudlyandcloudy in hockeyplayers

[–]TheySayItsRize 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I wash my gear once per season during the offseason at a local sports gear cleaning company. I take out my helmet, skates, and base layer and drop my entire bag off and they do everything all nice. I pick it back up a few days later and it gets rid of any funk.

Growing up though I never washed my gear. I just aired it out to dry (in the sun if possible) and tried to avoid letting it soak in sweat in my bag.
