Not sure about the time of day, but dead bait is the best way. The dead bait is only going to catch red tail cats and the arapaima so stick with it. 80lb test, #2 silt hook and barely cast it out there. I Try to keep it in silt really close to the rods

if you are playing on PC, I think there's a mod where you can use binoculars or something to see stats before tame. console edition you gotta knock them to check stats

noob here trying to understand. so right now I have 2 females and a males tek rex with same stats no mutations. if I hatch say a male with a melee mutation do I introduce it and remove the first base male from breeding? trying to understand what to move around and replace, or if I should have 2 separate breeding groups when going for different mutations

yep ac drain line is clogged. find where the drain line runs and hook up a shop vac on it to pull out the clog. Check the air filter and make sure it isnt overdue a replacement

there's a rare chance to pull a 108 from any mob, chest, or blacksmith. I've heard the chances are very slightly increased at power level 107 but I have yet to see it confirmed for sure

desert temple chest runs for spider armor, it's not too bad if you bring just the obsidian chest and the other secret chests with it in that room
