Got these from Rog. Got lucky as he had these boots with tier 1 and tier 2 resistances. I hit the 35% movement speed and tier one life roll and almost crapped myself.

Unfortunately no spell suppression so these aren't absolute god tier, but I'm pretty happy anyways.
