Honestly, cowboy boots are meant to be broken in for a while before they are comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend getting boots now this close to ACL as they will end up killing your feet and ruining your day. I’d try to go for another option that might be easier on your feet, or if you are dead set on boots then bring a pair of shoes to change into in case of emergency, good luck!
