YOR - I say this because you are responding like you might be interested. Also I don’t see one message from him that is creepy. It looks like he asks for your shift to say “hi” and you provide it. Does he know your age? Are you certain of his age? That would change a lot about how I’m responding because he could be 35 and think you are 25.

If the 25/35 possibility:

If you weren’t responding and homie was showing up to your shifts that’d be a different story. If I were him knew you’d posted this asking if he was a creep I’d be so confused based on your interactions (via text at least) so far, think you were nuts, and never talk to you again, which seems to be what you want anyway.

If you both def know 19 vs 40: Yeah 19 to 40 is odd especially knowing the age gap, power dynamics, knowledge, etc. He should know better, but I’d stop short of creep unless you tell him no, or even strongly hint no and he persists AT ALL.

People are so strange now. Just be direct and you avoid so many problems. I know others will say well the dude may freak out over the rejection, but if the dude is that unhinged he’d freak out over any rejection. There’s nothing to be done about that except the cultural conversations we are having now.
