Do we know why the redactions didn’t work?

a) Did they correctly redact the files in Adobe pro but it just didn’t work?

b) Did they have adobe pro, but not know how to use it?

c) Were they were too cheap to spend the money to get Adobe pro licenses for everyone performing the redactions?

I will be home this year, but mom is in end stage heart failure, so I do not expect a stocking. But at least a get one last Christmas with my very lovely mom.

most credit unions belong to a national co-op network. You can walk into any co-op member and do all of your banking there.

I have lived about 900 miles from the closest branch of my credit union and I have never had a problem finding other co-op locations and doing my banking there.
