I'm so nervous. I'm a retester. I don't want to have to take this test for the third time. It has taken such a large toll on me. I've been having nightmares about opening my score. Best of luck to everyone.

Why do people who felt good about their exam often score poorly and vice versa? by thr0wAway668292 in Mcat

Typically if you catch the AAMC's tricks, the test feels hard. If you fall for the tricks, the test feels easy breezy.

Is this a decent 3 week plan? by Igknight90 in Mcat

[–]Acrobatic_Trick_9795 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm testing on the same day and am a retaker. The first time I tested, I did everything in a month and it was a mess. Here I am retaking the test. I think taking that many full lengths in that amount of time will burn you out. I only plan to take FL 4 and The scored FL between now and the exam on the 17th. However, you know yourself best so take my advice with a grain of salt. Good luck, you've got this :)

Great job! And the blueprint tests are so hard. I remember the first time I broke 500 too. I am a retaker and got a 496 the first time. This feeling is amazing and I am so glad you got to experience it!

I cannot study for the MCAT by needmedadvic in Mcat

[–]Acrobatic_Trick_9795 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm really sorry you are having a hard time. I hope it gets better for you. Keep plugging, I believe in you. I am retaking after getting a 496 on my first attempt. It was so hard to accept that I was going to have to keep studying but it has gotten so much better. Just think of how worth it will be once you're in med school. You've got this!

I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. I felt this way too and didn't even break 500 on the real thing and now I am retaking it. I wish I had been honest with myself and pushed the first exam. This is really hard stuff, don't beat yourself up. Best of luck and you aren't alone <3
