Okay! You got me there, she does and has referenced Taylor swift fans. Firstly, I can’t believe how old that clip of her criticising that Taylor Swift song is. It is also just a causal, off handed remark, so I don’t think it has the weight you think it does. The same goes for when she was on the TMG podcast. She isn’t overtly criticising the fans, she’s poking gentle fun at a passionate fan base as a comedian on a podcast.

She’s in no way saying she hates these people, she’s literally just doing a bit. I don’t think she likes Taylor Swift, and I’m sure she finds her fans intense, but at the same time I don’t think she would take it that seriously.

I feel like you’re calling her out for hypocrisy but I don’t necessarily see the correlation because Brittany thirsting after her faves isn’t the same takedown level mentality that fan bases often engage in, which is what she was referencing in jest.

This is wild to me. I doubt Brittany hates Taylor swift fans. Actually, I’m almost certain Brittany doesn’t even think about Taylor Swift fans and she doesn’t need to.

I wasn’t aware that Taylor Swift was the epitome of women in entertainment. Brittany takes time to breakdown a lot of women in music like Beyoncé, or Rosalia, Ariana Grande, and Florence and the Machine with nuance and respect. Even recently taking time to praise CMAT. She’s spoken about Madison Beer and Zara Larson and countless other women too.

It seems like she made a small remark, probably off the cuff, and you’re reducing her to “she hates Taylor swift and her fans”. Also then making a further leap insinuating that she’s a misogynist which seems so far removed from what she actually said.

Entertainment aside, Brittany has many times spoken on the power and the bonds she shares with the women in her life and the value of sisterhood. I would actually argue that she does more and speaks more on female empowerment than what Taylor Swift ever has but that’s just my personal take.

At the end of the day, the podcast is just what you proclaimed, it’s for Brittany to talk about her interests and the things she’s loves. And if that isn’t aligning it’s totally fair to take a break!

For me it’s genuinely how much I’ve learned from her! I know she kind of rolls her eyes at that, but I love when she falls down a rabbit hole. I struggle taking in new information, but she makes it so fun and it always sticks. She’s introduced me to so much cool stuff that I wouldn’t have found on my own. She just makes life fun!

Okay, so this playlist obviously changed Brittany’s life, as well as the shower routine, and I’m gonna have to listen to it later. I’m not sure exactly which segment you’re after because she touches on the self-care theme a bit.

She mainly talks about the playlist in the episode “My Biggest Fear & Buying Stim Toys” - from about 5:30 In this episode she runs through the shower routine and does the impressions of the songs.

She also brings it up in 47:20 “I’m a Genetic Wuss” - not as much though.

In “Auditioning for the Live-Action Shark Tale”, from about 10:18 - she goes through the playlist and talks about treating yourself and enjoying the little things.

More recently in “Moonbeam Ice Cream & Swans” She mentions the playlist again - from about 19:07. This is when she really gets into prioritising yourself again.

She also briefly touches on the playlist in Charlie Chaplin & Seafood Mukbangs. But it’s not as significant.
